    • Between two to 10 years in prison

  • Between $100,000 and $200,000 – Second degree felony
    • Between two to 20 years in prison
    • Fine of up to $10,000
  • More than $200,000
    • Between five to 99 years in prison
    • Fine of up to $10,000
